why i love watercolors

Last night I went to Borders for the sole purpose of drawing people...however, it seems that nobody wanted to be drawn---everyone kept moving. Bent over a book...holding up the book...covering their face with the book...and so on and so on. It was really a worthless night. I guess this goes with the territory. Anyway, this led me to revisit my sketch of the Urban Sophisticates from the weekend. I'm haven't been happy with the line drawing and thought it could benefit from some watercolors. I think this works much better.
