I'm not even sure if its clear what this image is...I just know that its in my sketchbook and I keep coming back to it. I saw this lady sitting the other day. I couldn't help but draw her torso. It was if my pen had a mind of its own, and it was going to draw, darn it! I told it not to, that it wasn't polite, that I shouldn't be looking, but it was relentless. To protect the innocent, I removed her head. Actually, no, this a lie. I just didn't get around to drawing her head, only her torso.

LOL.
i do this a lot. theres been an array of unsuspecting victims in my sketchbooks. i rarely ever get caught. but when i do, i proceed to do the "side head tilt and make a face" as if i was annoyed because my subject was in the way of my line of sight.
horrible, i know :)
i love contour line drawings. they tell the greatest stories...
For me it's perfectly clear what this is. Good for you that you did not include my head! ;)
I kind of like it, actually. Wierd? Maybe. You drawing this woman? Definitely wierd!
Oh, but what an interesting subject, I can't blame you for not resisting! (I must remember Dex's tip!)Those few lines paint a great picture!
Poor stuffed sausage gal with no head. Glad she's alive and well on the page though!
Dex, Renate, RachelRenae, Felicity and Jana- Thanks for your comments. Each one of them gave me a laugh. I especially like Jana's description of the "poor stuffed sausage gal." Wow, you hit the nail right on the head!
