my sidekick

It's been a long couple of days in the studio! But luckily Pokey is always right under my feet keeping me company. He's such a good dog. I know he must get bored, but he's too polite to complain.

He's such a sweetie! Great drawing -- wish mine would hold still long enough for me to sketch them. Seems like every time I grab the sketchbook, that's their signal to move! :-)

Suzanne, I'm a big fan of all of your work, but your doggy sketches have to among the best I've ever seen. This is just pure, sinuous, joyful, relaxed dogginess.

What an endearing portrait. I love the way the face is all mushed into the floor.

I'm loving the pooch. You've captured the 'drop and flop' dog thing just wonderfully :)

I missing my own hound-dog, so this lovely sketch did my heart good. Thank you. And a kiss to Pokey on the ears.

My cat is the same way.... so good and patient and a great disposition. He just gets so bored. I wish he had a pal to visit. I feel like a bad parent
