Cool Blog Alert: I have a new, for lack of a better word, "obsession" with the work of Kate Bingaman-Burt and Obsessive Consumption. Kate, an Assistant Professor of Graphic Design at Mississippi State University, documents her daily purchases, big and small, through sketches.... Moreover, get this, she is hand drawing all of her credit card statments until they are paid off! Wow, if that isn't an incentive to act quickly, I don't know what is! Check out the bills here.Kate also has an Etsy shop where she sells little zines filled with her purchases. I ordered my first one a few days ago and received it in the mail last night. Love it.

Man, it exhausts me just to look at ALL of her blogs!! The woman is a natural geyser! What it would take to draw all those credit card statements is something that I don't have, for better or worse ;D, but her productivity is very inspiring. Thank you so much for sharing her info with us!
