what's next? my head?

It's a crazy, busy day...one that isn't anywhere close to being over. Yet, today I've misplaced two things that help me keep some level of sanity as my stress level rises...my to-do list and the tv remote. Ahhhhhhhhh!!!!
Ok, so maybe I don't need the remote at this very moment, but I definitely need my to-dolist. Sure if I try real hard I can probably remember what I'm supposed to be doing, but what fun is it doing something if I don't get to mark it off?

well at least you got everything on your todo list done before you lost, it thus completing it and my goodness I've gone cross eyed..

hie hie...I would gladly lose mine, especially the to do-list, that would give me an excuse to grab the remote!

We are totally back to the twins separated at birth thing. The day before yesterday I lost my house keys. Then today I locked myself out of the car -- and couldn't find my spare set of keys. My head is about to explode because I can't figure out how to get 12 more hours into every day... :-) And yet I think to myself that if I just stopped losing things, maybe I wouldn't have to spend so much of my day trying to find them, and then I'd have more time to do the stuff on my To Do list and enjoy the simple pleasure of crossing things off! Ah yes... do love that crossing off part!

What I've done in this situation is to start making new list! What's weird is that if you can't remember what to write on the new list, then maybe it wasn't such an important thing to do anyway.
Having said that, I am indeed a listoholic!

too funny ... i'm the same way, but i've always sworn it was because the pregnancies killed brain cells. my hubby is fond of saying I'd lose my head if it wasn't screwed on. hee. hee.

Please let me know if my debit card (lost in Sept.), cell phone (lost 3-4 weeks ago), and whole set of keys (missing for months now) are in cohoots with your lost items if/when you find them. It seems I have become quite the scatterbrain since this semester started! I hope you are luckier and find your stuff, especially the remote. Manually turning the tv channels is just archaic! :)
