Please note that this drawing and the text below have little, if anything, in common :)Edgar and I purchased a new television a little less than a month ago. Since then, there seems to be this incredible force field that pulls me onto the couch...sometimes with sketchbook in hand...but most of the time not. I hope this force will begin to lessen after Tuesday -- election day. The anticipation is too much to take.

I think it's a great title - a little bit of obvious and a little bit of subtle foreshadowing (not to be confused with the drawing's shadow). :)

How exciting is this election? And, I'm on another continent. It's extraordinary. Who'd have thought, just four years ago, that history could be made in such a short space of time. Let's hope, anyway.
