Edgar and I were married six months ago today. Perhaps, in the grand scheme of things, it is silly to celebrate at six months. But, well frankly, I am silly and like to celebrate. Besides we are never promised tomorrow...
These horseshoes hang over the front door of our house as a reminder of the fun time we enjoyed that day riding horses with our friends. Or in Edgar's case, riding a pony :)
Our day was photographed by the super talented (can't say it enough) Jen Yuson. I just took a look at Jen's website and she's posted some other photos from our wedding if you'd like to take a look! Its interesting to see the ones she chose, including my very favorite. I wonder if you can guess which one...
*Update (5 minutes later) : Haha...I'm such a dork. I just counted the months since our wedding (using my hands, nonetheless) and realized its been five, not six months! Ah hell, another reason to celebrate! Stay tuned next month :)

Is it the picture with you in the front, laughing and Edgar behind you, while you're walking? I think that has a great natural and joyful feel to it. However, they're all so great, it's hard to choose.

Aaaaahhhhh young and vibrant love. How sweet and intoxicating it is. When you find the one who makes you feel the way you do, everyday is a celebration.

Happy 5 months married! For my fifth year anniversary, I am sad to admit, BOTH my husband and I forgot our anniversary...for a WEEK.
Celebrate what and when you can, b/c not only do you not know what the future holds, but you never know when you'll forget! :)
