This back-seat-drawing comes from this morning's final graduate critique. For several of the students presenting the critique marks the end of their long careers as students. They are finally seeing the light at the end of the tunnel: a feeling I remember very well.

whew! final critiques are nerve-wracking...so good to feel the end of the trial is almost over!
I went to a meeting (held at a local university) this week that looked EXACTLY like that!

what do you think? do you know Nick Bantock's book 'A Forgetting Room'? What do you think of his collages? I am in love with them, so surreal, and antique-looking/feeling. well enough of me, I love your silhouette drawing. You are such a master in illustration.
