I do, however, have a soft-spot when it comes to dresses, especially ones that hearken back to another era. Enter Shabby Apple.

I recently discovered this online store and am fairly certain that included within it's collections are the dresses of ever woman I ever dreamed of being as a little girl. Part Sterling-Cooper-typing-pool, part pin-up and part lets-blow-this-popsicle-stand-and-hit-the-beach, the clothes cover all the bases.
I recently ordered the San Gabriel as I see it being a dress that can work in spring, summer and fall. I plan on adding a cardigan and a pair of boots and calling it a day....until the next day when I'm back in my t-shirt and jeans.

Will you be taking a picture of yourself in it for us to see, or at least rendering a sketch...... Hmm, I wonder if they's have my favorite type of button down long dress?
this will look great on you suzanne - i may nab it while you're not looking...
