Between snow storms and working from home, my human contact is minimal these days...leaving me feeling a bit robotic. But today I'm breaking out of the house, and in the process, hoping to confirm that there are blood vessels, not USB cables, running underneath my tin skin. Care to join me?

I so know what you mean! Just going to the post office yesterday felt like a fieldtrip (albeit, filled with stacks of customs forms that needed filling in).

I hope your adventure out into the wild white yonder was enjoyable! We have about two feet of snow up here and a friend and I took a 2-hour walk all over town people-watching and snapping pictures. It's good to get out of the house!

Working from home make me feel like a robot as well, sometimes.
Need.... social... interaction.
Sometimes I sit inside playing too much Call of Duty; often times "creaking" from sitting with my feet propped up on the table too long!

I feel the same way. I take a picture of my dog everyday. His name is Ozzy. I have spent over a year photographing him in a 365 days project. I spend hours at the computer fixing the photos, then distributing them to Flickr or my website. I also did a year stint with 365project.org. My two 365 projects are still there, including Ozzy's. So, I've become a bit of a recluse. I think doing so much on the computer and focusing on the 365 project has made me more reclusive than I already am. Are all artists like this? What's up with that?
