Surely this building (and it's past) is an embarrassment to our city. However, I can't help but think there could be a bright future for this space, with it's modern lines, if given another purpose...and a good 'clean' bath.

I think a bath might be an understatement. It probably needs radiation! Eeeeeew. >;)
