fields of gold...and red...and violet...

I don't know about you, but I'm wishing I was here today.

Running a little low on inspiration at the moment [it happens]. Please share something that makes you happy...I'm willing to bet it will make me happy as well.

Suzanne- I am so happy today, I get to have the whole day working at the beautiful CED Library in Berkeley...beautiful large honey-colored wood table, lots of light, and plenty of plugs and music! I am thinking of you. Just put some gipsy kings, or sarah vaughn, or find your fave music and new artists on Pandora...when I am in a funk music and a cup of coffee or tea (try the vanilla rooibos at (yikes!) starbucks..not fond of the brand but this tea is out of this world) or get your tea on here http://www.teavana.com/ (had to share - best tea I had in my life - they have a location in Raleigh and Charlotte in NC)...have a beautiful day dear!

Hi Suzanne,

I finally spotted some spring flowers - pansies I think in the park while I was running - it was a really grey day no sign of spring - but it is on its way at last!

Also have a vase of 50 tulips (present from visitors) on my kitchen table which are gorgeous...unfortunately I don't know how to post a photo when commenting!!

Enjoying your blog!

Eileen

Happy thoughts:
watching the tiny birds hop around in the camellia shrub outside my bedroom window. They know it's almost spring, even if the weather says no.

Giggling boys. especially second graders, they're infectious.

Doodling circles until I come up with something like this:

Hope you find your inspiration soon!

Photography / Lomography. Just grab your camera and go out or through your house and shoot pictures from unusual points of view. You'll be surprised when you go through the pictures, changes your perspective and makes you wonder. It's pure fun. Well at least for me.

Don't think so? Have a look at this: http://the-man-made-project.blogspot.com/

Hope you get inspired soon.

Cheers, San
