Spending many hours these days contemplating what's next. If there is one thing I'm certain of, it is that drawing must to be a part of it. It's my go-to-place in good times and bad. When I have a black sheet of paper and a pen in my hand I feel the most like myself...my mind quietens and I am free.
What gives you freedom?

knowing I can spend the whole day with my kids...this is freedom for me...Oh, and having moved country 3 times in my Life gives me freedom to know I can do anything I wish to.
I adore this sketch!

i love the simplicity in this sketch. LOVE it.
i feel freedom when i sketch too.
it somehow breathes life into me like nothing else. peace to you in your dear contemplation. xo
I second and third the beauty of the sketch's simplicity...and the truth of how sketching or making art makes me feel like myself or even more than myself. Oh the possibilities...
oh yes! yes to this!
Perhaps illustration is next? Your drawings are fresh and from what I observe in the graphic design world is a trend to use hand drawn material in designs.
Very cute...those toes are quite charming!

Suzanne,
My favorite part of this sketch is the cheeze-it...
Thanks for all the encouragement! It's a great way to begin the day.

Taking pictures, listening to music, watching korean dramas, not living with my parents, running, biking, swimming (in short triathlon), sometimes drawing.
