a butt shove

When getting into my dad's pickup truck, my mom has been known to say she needs 'butt shove' or a little push.  (If you knew my mom personally, you would understand that the use of the word 'butt' is extremely out of character, and this area of the anatomy is more properly referred to as one's 'bottom' --but I digress.)  The reason I share this is that I think the same sentiment applies throughout life.  Sometimes, all you need to keep going is a little push.

On Monday, Aimee sent us an email letting us know that A Downtown Affair was featured in one of Etsy's posts. Then today, Kelley messaged us that our Fall in Love Screen Print received a nod from Apartment Therapy!  A mere mention may not seem like a big deal, but it was just the boost of encouragement we needed this week, a little over three months into this venture.
