danger lurks just around the corner
Care to take a guess at what this is?
Oh, it's just the exposed innards of Edgar's cell phone charger, held together with electrical tape and plugged into a bathroom outlet. When the charger stopped working a few months ago, Edgar refused to give up on it and buy another. No, instead he decided to fix it this way. Arg. Well, that's all I have to say about that.

Maybe it's a husband thing?
Albert does the same thing.. one of our laptop adapters has been duct-taped back together, and he's also re-spliced my headphones, twice, trying to fix them. They work, they just.. look really bad. :)
is edgar an engineer? my husband thinks he can fix anything with five minutes and electrical tape. scary.
Now this is some highly refined electrical repair.
I just love how you share those little details of life -- and how we get to know Edgar (the man, the legend!) through them.
It's time to start training Edgar. I do not know him but I do believe he is trainable.
