My dad sent me a little care package last week, complete with donuts. I've tried to avoid eating all sixteen of them.

I have been reading your blog regularly for several months now and I just wanted to take a minute to thank you. I try to keep a project or two going most of the time but the sketchbook has been gathering dust. Your commitment to sketching everyday has inspired me. Yesterday I dusted off my sketchbook and had a wonderful time putting pencil to paper. And how sweet is this, our 7 year old daughter cuddled up next to me on the couch with her sketchbook and joined me. Thank you. Deb
Thank you Deb! I can't begin to tell you how much your comment means to me and how your words inspire me to want to draw even more! Thank you. I hope you (and your daughter) will share your drawings...
Don't know how you managed to resist eating them for long enough to draw the pic. Of maybe you fibbed, and the bag was actually empty when you sketched it...

What a great dad!

Sometimes it's best to just stuff your mouth in an almost grotesque way, and then pretend it never happened.
Awww... I think Dad's are great. There's nothing quite like the relationship a daughter has with her dad. I love mine too pieces!
I just wish he'd send me doughnuts! *wink*
I love this little drawing...
