the circle of life-drawing

I'm really enjoying the bird's eye view that my studio at school offers. Today, for instance, I watched the 1st year drawing class draw one another. It felt really funny to draw them as they were drawing and posing simultaneously. It felt like a huge happy circle of drawing! I wish I could have captured more of this in my sketch.

Suzanne! Great blog! Thank you for the comment. I dread starting school again -- though i get my kicks out of drawing students while they're taking a quiz, sort of like the neat drawing you posted earlier.
I like this drawing a lot, and the idea is so clever.

I love the way the guy's posture is so relaxed and the girl looks so intense. Your lines say so much.

I think you captured the scene well. I really like stopping by your blog to see what you are up to. Have I already told you that? I think my mind is going!
