Pokey turned four today or 28 in dog years. In typical male fashion he's planning on celebrating tonight with a steak and a beer. He'd also like to go out and pick up some women, but I'm a protective mother and won't let him.
Update : For future reference, steak, beer and beagles do not mix...I'll spare you the details.

Happy Birthday, Pokey! You're a youngster compared to my canine octagenarians (3 dogs -- 2 of whom are 9 years old and one who is 11)... You've got a ton of fun puppy living ahead of you -- enjoy every tail-wagging minute of it!

Happy Birthday Pokey from Casey -my cat- who is 10 years old today. Its a bitter sweet day ... I hate to see him getting older, I want him to be with me forever.
