processing thoughts

Not quite sure how to explain this one...

I am thoroughly fascinated with your thought/drawing process... and I love posts like this one that help to explain it. Seriously -- I learn so much from you! I am also enamoured with your ability to take whatever is around you, and really SEE it. Last night I was totally wired from a day full of work-related stuff, and I thought to myself, "Ok, I'll wind down a bit by doing something in my sketchbook." But then I was convinced there was nothing in the house worthy of drawing. Oh to be able to always see the world with fresh eyes! Thank you for these kinds of posts -- really, just adore them!

Sometimes I think you should write a book -- just all about your drawing process. It would be a best seller on my list!

Beautiful sketches. I disagree about the line thickness. It's gutsy, positive! Actually these sketches remind me of Alex Toth's wonderful fat-lined sketches. The commentary you put in the drawings are always fascinating to me, too.
